Located in the heart of the exquisite city of Hogansville, The 1890 Room offers a combination of warmth and harmony in its drinks and services. Being able to provide classic and modern craft cocktails that are often not found in small towns is something that we are passionate about and we take pride in our selection. Our food menu is designed to be filling and shareable and provide perfect bites to compliment our drinks. We pay homage to the history of the building by curating a house playlist with jazz and blues music throughout the decades. We also select live musicians to play Saturday nights that add to the timeless atmosphere and help generate a unique dining experience. Our vision is to provide a place that offers a sophisticated, relaxed lounge experience where everyone feels welcome.

Not only is it a bar, but it is part of the birth of the city, being built more than 120 years ago and visited by great personalities throughout history. Designed and built to meet the standards of the great luxury spheres of the state of Georgia, today it reopens its doors to reconnect with those seeking to relax and relax their senses.

Our desire is to stray away from the norm of dining and create a unique casual cocktail bar environment. Because of this, we do not have any wait staff and all orders are placed at the bar with our skilled team members. This allows for patrons to enjoy the space at their leisure and helps to break away from a typical restaurant experience and curate a lounge atmosphere where everyone can choose to stay at a table, stroll through the courtyard, enjoy one of our lounge areas, or walk around to explore the little details of the beautiful historic building. When you are ready for another round or food, you can order at the bar and our team will take care of you. We encourage everyone to take the opportunity while waiting to have good conversations, view the beautiful space, and enjoy our music.

Food:
We do offer shareable plates and delicious desserts. Our portion sizes are filling and we try to have enough variety to ensure there is something that everyone can enjoy, especially with a cocktail. You can see our full menu listed on our navigation bar above.

Reservations:

At this time, we do not accept reservations and we are a first come, first serve establishment. That being said, we do have two indoor seating rooms with dining tables and lounge areas, along with seating in our covered patio in our beautiful courtyard. If you have a party larger than 12 people, you can contact us through email to discuss the possibility of reserving a private party table. All Are Welcome:

Although we are a cocktail lounge, we do welcome families and people of all ages. Families are welcome to bring their children, but we ask that you respect the space and atmosphere. We do allow cigar smoking on our patio. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol or tobacco products.

Dress Code:

There is no dress code and we encourage you to come in whatever you are comfortable in. Some patrons enjoy to dress up to elevate their evening, and others come in casual attire. We truly strive to be a place where everyone feels welcome to be themselves and create their own experience.
